Most hot sauces are extremely healthy. This is because most hot sauces contain zero or very little sugar and/or fat. This makes hot sauce possibly one of the healthiest sauce options you can choose, especially when compared to mayo, ketchup, or sweet chili sauce you find in the grocery stores; which usually contain lots of sugars and/or saturates. As an added bonus, our sauce is all natural and non-GMO with no added thickeners.

There is only one way to improve your tolerance, and that's by eating more spicy foods! Once you start getting used to a certain level of spice, try to slowly work your way up to spicier things.

Unfortunately there is no real cure for this. The component in chili peppers that makes them hot (capsaicin) basically tricks the receptors on your tongue. This makes you feel as if your mouth is on fire, but in fact the receptors on your tongue produce a false alarm to your brain. They say milk helps this, but it is only temporary and the burn will come back quickly. You will eventually just need to wait it out, so try to enjoy the burn! P.S. Do not touch your eyes, because that will hurt a lot!

At our house we generally put hot sauce on anything and everything. 'Galactic OG' was designed to be versatile and balanced while 'Bandito' is meant for tacos and burritos. To be sure you could store them in a fridge or in a cool and dark spot. Just make sure that they are not constantly in the sun or get heated lots of times (by the stove of something).

In almost all hot sauces vinegar and hot peppers are the main ingredients. The high acidity of vinegar and the capsaicin in peppers are both natural conservatives and this gives hot sauce a very long shelf life. Our sauce 'best before' date is a year after the batch was made.

We do not carry youth or bigger sizes in inventory however if you want youth sizes or bigger sizes, send us a message on the "Contact' page and we will see what we can do!
